Who can attend?
This program is open only to defense lawyers and those professionals and law students directly involved in the defense function.

What’s included in the fee?

  • seminar admission and materials in an electronic format
  • CLE credit and reporting to Maine Board of Overseers of the Bar
  • lunch and breaks

CLE Credit
This program has been approved by the Board of Overseers of the Bar and the Maine Commission on Indigent Legal Services for the following CLE Credit: Day 1 5.5 hours including 1 hour of Ethics. Day 2 offers 5.5 hours of credit.  Total for both days is 11, including one hour of ethics.

Seminar cancellations made by May 30th will receive a refund less a $25 administrative fee. No-shows will receive the seminar materials in electronic format.
