    Presented by Jared Correia (Red Cave Law Firm Consulting and Gideon Software), Justin Cary (Drummond Woodsum) & Suzanne Thompson (Maine Board of Bar Overseers)

    Jared D. Correia, Esq. is the CEO of Red Cave Law Firm Consulting and the COO of Gideon Software. Red Cave offers subscription-based law firm business management consulting for law firms and bar associations. Gideon provides end-to-end intake solutions for high-volume law firms, with included document assembly and esignature features. Correia is a former practicing attorney. He is an internationally-recognized legal technology expert, and frequent speaker for legal organizations. 


    At Drummond Woodsum, Justin Cary works with private employers, schools, municipalities, developers, and Tribal Nations on a wide spectrum of matters. He is passionate about building close relationships with clients to acutely understand their needs, deliver holistic solutions, and create pathways for a conflict-minimized future. He is a graduate of the University of Maine School of Law and Colby College.

    Since 2022, Suzanne Thompson has worked as Assistant Bar Counsel with the Board of Bar Overseers. Prior to her work at the Board, Ms. Thompson specialized in family law practice in Portland for 13 years following her law clerkship in Massachusetts. She is a graduate of Suffolk Law and St. Michael's College.

    Approved for 1 hour of MCILS CLE credit and 1 hour of Ethics CLE credit with the Board of Bar Overseers.

    The CLE will not be recorded or broadcast--this is an in-person CLE only. Cancellations are not available for these registrations.
