As 2022 winds down, MACDL is providing one more CLE opportunity for our members and other criminal defense practitioners.

12:00 p.m.- 1:00 p.m.

Search & Seizure Suppression: Oregon's Justin Rosas, presenting on roadside stop & searches in a program entitled, "'You Was Doin' 55 in a 54: Auto Stop Motions to Suppress."


1:00 p.m.- 2:00 p.m.

OUI Chemical Testing: Maria Pease and Ellen Fraser, to discuss HETL blood testing and the Intoxilyzer 9000.

2:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m.

Harassment & Discrimination: Sanchita Mukherjee, presenting on practicing anti-racism.

3:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m.

Adult Treatment Courts: Judge French and Attorneys Amber Tucker, Andrew Dawson, and Todd Crawford, in a panel discussion about Maine's treatment courts.

The four-hour afternoon will provide 3 general CLE credits and 1 H&D CLE credit for all live participants.

(Those who watch the recording and report that viewing to Tina by December 31st will receive a certificate for 4 general CLE credits only--H&D can only be credited for live viewings.)

The Zoom link to the day's events will be sent the evening before to all paid registrants.

Please note that payment must be received prior to any attendee being granted access to the live or recorded versions of these presentations. There are no refunds for cancellations. Each paid registrant will receive a link with the recording and materials from the day's sessions.
